Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Poter Cargo Vehicles B.

1. On May 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the above vehicle at around 18:20, and changing the course from the 3:14km to the 4-lane from the 3-lane to the 4-lane in the direction of the Gupool (TG).

In this case, there was a duty of care to inform the direction change, etc. in advance, and to change the lanes safely by taking into account the traffic situation of the front and rear left.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the damage to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle to move from the Southern Sea Highway to the fourth-lane in the Hanpo direction. However, the victim C (Nam, 31) driving DK5 years old to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the holder of B Poter Cargo Vehicles, was prohibited from operating a vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but operated the said Poter without mandatory insurance at the date and time and place specified in paragraph (1).
