Purport of claim and appeal

1. Purport of the claim.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On December 31, 1974, the network I is 142 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) with respect to land. The network I is 142 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

(2) On October 16, 1976, the network I completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on October 5, 1974.) The registration of ownership preservation and inheritance relationship with respect to housing 1) The Network I, in sequence, connects each point of (i) part (hereinafter “instant housing site”) 31m2 in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 7, 6, and 1 among the instant land, shall be deemed as having been attached to the instant land.

The Defendant purchased the instant housing site and the instant housing from the deceased I on February 15, 1980, but did not complete each registration of ownership transfer on this matter. 2) The Defendant was occupying the instant housing from March 15, 1980 to live in the instant housing from March 15, 1980.
