A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchase and medication of phiphones on December 9, 2016;

A. On December 9, 2016, the Defendant paid 400,000 won at D’s office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 102, and sold approximately 0.7g of Meblop, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “Melopon”), which is a local mental medicine, from D.

B. The Defendant: (a) opened 0.7g of philophonephones purchased at the mutual scopic telephones room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Silung-dong, opened it with a stringer; and (b) administered steams by a method of promptly inhaleing steams from the philophone inhales inhaled through a scopic body made by living water.

2. Purchase and medication of philophones on January 7, 2017;

A. On January 7, 2017, the Defendant paid 300,000 won to D at the office of “D” as indicated in D’s “D,” and sold 0.5g of philopon, which is contained in Vinyl chloride, from D.

B. At D’s home, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of the philophonephones purchased as above in the same manner as “1-B”.

At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophonephones purchased at the mutual influence room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the same manner as “1-B(b)”.

3. Purchase and medication of philophones on January 25, 2017;

A. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant paid 300,000 won at D’s office, and 300,000 won from D’s office, and 0.7gh of philophones contained in vinyl fluencing.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.3g of the philophones purchased at the mutual stove room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu in the same manner as “1-B”.

4. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered a philophone medication in the same manner as “1-B”; (b) around February 22, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant: (c) administered the philophone medication at the guest room in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu (Seoul Metropolitan Government) by the same method as “1-B.”
