All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
We examine the grounds of appeal.
The judgment below
Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that all the charges of this case against the Defendants were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or omitting judgment.
In addition, the argument in the grounds of appeal as to Defendant B’s self-defense is not a legitimate ground of appeal, as it is asserted that the Defendant’s ground of appeal was the ground of appeal, or that the lower court was not subject to ex officio
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
