If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2015, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) talked with the victim C (52) in the wage problem operated by the victim C (52) located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) took a bath for the victim; and (c) took a look at the water tank, putting him/her in the bottom, putting him/her on the floor, raising his/her chair, and causing him/her to go with his/her nameless customers, thereby hindering the victim’s restaurant business by force.
