Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on August 13, 2016, completed meals within the “D cafeteria” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan around 15:05 on August 13, 2016, inside the mold.

A cleaning agent, which is contained in a water cup, shall be the employee’s interest victim E (n.e., 61 years of age).
