1. On November 6, 2014, the Defendant voluntarily moved to the zone E, a police officer belonging to the Busan East Police Station C District District District, who was called out after receiving a report of his/her taking-out plaque and taking-out type on the street in front of the Han Bank located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and received a non-take-type alarm.
At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) completed the procedure for the above issuance as above; (b) took her home from the above D, but did not do so; (c) stated that “I would like to go to the house in which I want to go, I would like to go to the house in today’s detention room, and I would not want to go to go to it, I would like to go to go to the house in today’s detention room, and I would not go to go to the flash, I would go to go to the flash, I would like to put the face part of the above D once by hand and flab, and flab the above D with his hand.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning patrols and patrols within the jurisdiction of the above D.

2.
