A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of eight months or less.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court for a short term of 6 months, and the defendant appealed against the above judgment, and the above case is pending in the Busan District Court's appellate trial.

2.
