A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2017, the Defendant sold game money to the said game users in the online game “Meattoo”, which is an online game, in order to raise the game cost.

The purpose of this paper is to obtain money as the sale price of game money by fraud.

On July 10, 2017, the Defendant and C: (a) connected the “E” game site of the “M” room located in Yangsan-si, by using a computer; and (b) inserted a letter “sale of game money” in the hosting hold; (c) reported and contacted the above writing to the victim F, who remitted the amount of KRW 126,000 won per 3 billion.”

However, even if the defendant and C have received money from the injured party, they did not intend to send the money to the injured party.

As above, the Defendant and C, by deceiving the victims as above, received KRW 126,00 from the victims to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, as sales proceeds of game money in the name of the Defendant. From that time to October 15, 2017, the Defendant and C, as shown in the List of Crimes, by deceiving the victims through the above means 70 times in total, and by deceiving the victims from the pc room located in Yangsan-si, Seo-dong, Busan Simdong-gu, Simpo-dong, Busan Simpo-dong, and Busan Dong-dong-dong, the sum of KRW 7,205,830,00 from the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, received property by deceiving victims.
