1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are the Suwon District Court with respect to each one-half share of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 10, 1918, the Forest Survey Division prepared during the Japanese colonial era, stating that the land before the division (hereinafter “instant land”) was state-owned (the owner’s column is indicated as “state”) and the “F” located in Ansan-si E is the relative.

On the other hand, the land before the division of this case was incorporated into a reserved forest pursuant to Article 278 of the Gyeonggi-do Notice of the Ministry of Shipbuilding General on August 29, 1942, and the incorporation protocol of a reserved forest prepared at the time was stated by the "F" residing in Ansan-gun E as the owner.

B. On December 10, 1936, the Plaintiff’s father F died on December 10, 193, and solely inherited the deceased’s property.

(At the time, as a Japanese colonial rule, customary law has been applied to inheritance under the Japanese Civil Order, and the head of South Korea succeeded to the first property).

Since then, the cadastral record on the land before the division was destroyed due to the Korean War. The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer for one-half portion of each of the land before the division under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (amended by Act No. 2111 of May 21, 1965) as the receipt No. 3207 of March 15, 1971, and Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for one-half share of the above land to Defendant B as the receipt of No. 7351 of August 4, 1976 on August 3, 1976.

On November 25, 2005, the land before the instant subdivision was divided into D Forest 18459 square meters and G forest 1177 square meters in Ansan-si. On March 17, 2010, G forest 1177 square meters was converted into 1149 square meters in H forest and 625 square meters (a change in the land category while dividing it), I forest 342 square meters, and J forest 182 square meters.

The sum totaling up of 18459m2, 18459m2, 625m2, 342m2, and 182m2m2 in J forest in Ansan-si as indicated in the list is “each of the instant lands.”
