On September 29, 2012, at around 03:45, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a 500-meter level from the front day of the Mancheon-dong Mancheon-dong Stypt and at the same time to the front road of the Nowon-dong Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.094% of blood alcohol level.
