A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On December 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Daegu District Court on December 3, 2015, and that judgment became final and conclusive on February 11, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On August 22, 2012, at the “E” restaurant operated by the Defendant in the Jung-gu Daegu-gu D market, Daegu-gu, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim C, there is little person who did not lend the me any money from among D market and F market merchants.

2. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G in the above E restaurant: (a) around July 15, 2013, the victim G had no money to pay the credit card fee under the name of his/her father and wife; (b) the Defendant borrowed 400,000 won to the victim G; (c) the principal, including the interest on the five-month after the month when he/she borrowed money, will be repaid without money.
