A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

However, the facts are as follows: (a) the Defendant paid approximately KRW 5-600 million on bonds; and (b) the Defendant borrowed money from another person from another person to prevent the so-called repayment of the money; and (c) even if he borrowed money from the damaged person, there was no intention or ability to pay the money.

The Defendant received KRW 20 million from the damaged party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account of the Defendant on February 1, 2016.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, obtained a total of KRW 615 million over 23 times from around that time to March 13, 2016 from the victim, and obtained a delivery of KRW 615,50,000 from around that time to March 13, 2016.
