1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 375,207,317 and the above amount of KRW 226,793,851, which shall be paid in full from December 17, 2014.

Description of Claim

The obligation of the National Bank Co., Ltd. under the defendant's continuing guarantee (the maximum amount of KRW 910,000,000) for loans which it has extended to Daeyang Fisheries Co., Ltd. with the loans of KRW 60,000,000 on April 27, 2007 and KRW 100,000,000 on June 20, 2012 to the defendant who was transferred before February 16, 2012 (the principal amount of KRW 226,793,851, the attempted interest and delay damages as of December 16, 2014) and Article 208 (3) 3 and Article 194 (Service by Public Notice) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the claim for the payment against the defendant by the plaintiff who was transferred before February 16, 2014.
