A. On May 13, 2004, B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) obtained approval of a housing construction project plan for each apartment building with a scale of 56 units units on the land of 4,749.17 square meters of 23 square meters and C (hereinafter “instant apartment complex two”), not only D, but also D, on the land of 12 lots of land of 3,68.75 square meters and 78 square meters of 12 lots of land (hereinafter “instant three apartment complex”).
