Punishment of the crime

[205] Defendant A was detained in the Daejeon District Court on October 2, 2014 due to fraud, etc. and sent to the Juvenile Department of the Daejeon Family Court on November 27, 2014, and the Defendants were punished.

In fact, although the defendants did not intend to sell goods through the Internet, they did not want to receive money from the persons who intend to purchase the mobile phone, etc. to receive the money from them for the purpose of selling the goods.

Defendant B, around March 13, 2015, posted a letter on the victim D’s residence in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the part of the Defendant’s Defendant, to purchase the Nopt computer on the Internet “numberbook” and, if paid 20,000 won to the victim, sent the Nopt computer to the victim. As such, Defendant B was transferred from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant A as the purchase price for Nopt.

In addition, from that time until April 1, 2015, the Defendant received total of 3,200,000 won from the victims over 10 times as shown in the attached Table 2 in the same manner as in the attached Table 2.
