A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 3 through 7 shall be confiscated.

1.8 million won from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that a person other than a person handling narcotics is not allowed to sell, administer, possess, etc. the psychotropic drugs-related metrophones (hereinafter referred to as the "crophones"), the Defendant dealt with the phiphones as follows:

On January 14, 2014, the Defendant received 1,40,000 won from the dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government's seat-on deposit account in the name of the E in order to prepare a opon to D, and from January 14, 2014, the Defendant transferred the opon amount of KRW 1,400,000 from the opon sales on the opon deposit account in the name of the E, and on January 15, 2014, from the dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City's seat-on bus terminal to the Busan Metropolitan City's seat-on bus bus delivery to the Busan Metropolitan City's high-speed bus delivery to the Busan Metropolitan Government's seat-on (not less than five grams).

In addition, the Defendant, together with D, moved to a G parking lot located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 11:30 on January 15, 2014, and was in possession of the said G parking lot.
