Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2014, Defendants A, B, E, and Defendant G’s co-principaled with intent to publish false information on the homepage of the JJ branch in order to slander the Victim K, etc. at the JJ branch office located in Gangseo-si I.
On March 11, 2014, at Defendant A’s house located in Gangnam-si L Apartment 101 dong 804, the Defendants: (a) the selection of a corporation around the ridge was made in accordance with the resolution of the board of directors; (b) the Defendant sent a written claim for the payment to the director of the board of directors; and (c) the victim’s K seal and passbook were forced to cut off the passbook to the chairman of the board of directors; and (d) the Defendant’s title, “The Committee for the Promotion of Large Session and Large Session (N)” called “The Chairman selected a construction business operator at his discretion in Seoul, and promoted the construction with the approval of the Committee for the Promotion of Large Session, and the Gangnam-si regional business operator excluded the company from providing KRW 30,000 won at his own expense; and (c) the Defendant’s office, who is a producer of the Internet visitors, had no case of receiving a written claim for the payment from the Internet M, which open to the public by revealing the fact that the victim’s reputation and its seal were managed.”
2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant F
A.
