Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Daegu District Court on August 20, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2016.

The Defendant, “2016 High 2436,” joined the account of “C” in the name of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for the Olympic Games and its trustee, which is operated by a person who is not the trustee of the business.

On July 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1,000,00 to the account in the name of the Defendant’s national bank account (number:E) from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant to the bank account in the name of the said website; and (b) deposited the game money used for gambling at home and abroad after receiving the deposit of KRW 1,00,000 to the bank account in the name of the said website; (c) anticipated the outcome of winning, losing, and wearing the game money in advance; (d) obtained dividends according to the dividend rate; (e) did not receive dividends if the Defendant walked, and (e) was not paid any remaining game money after completing the game; and (e) deposited the said game money in the manner of determining the winning by means of money exchangeing in the account with the Defendant’s account; and (e) deposited the total amount of KRW 50,508,000 in [Attachment 20] to August 13, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant used the act of providing property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation of Seoul Olympic Games and those who are not the entrusted business entity (a similar act).

On December 4, 2015, the Defendant and G, and H of 2016, the Defendant and G, and H of 2514:30 on December 4, 2015, while drinking alcohol in the “J main point” located in Daegu Northern-gu I, the victim K (22 ) who had drinking alcohol in the side and continued to cut off the wall, and G of her face while making a request to find it as the room in which the victim is located, and H of her face.
