However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A is a person who engages in the spot sales manufacturing and processing business, namely, from the F1st to the G distribution, in Ansan-si, and the defendant B is an employee in the above G distribution.

The Defendants, in manufacturing and processing cryp and crypinary oil, manufactured them mixed with food maintenance, and sold them by falsely displaying raw materials, ingredients, etc.

1. Foods or food additives, the standards and specifications of which are determined by notification of the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked or preserved in accordance with such standards, and no one shall sell foods or food additives, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook, store, subdivide, transport, preserve or display such foods or food additives for sale;

The Defendants put up 1.75 KET bottles 22,560 and among them, sold Class A 8,989 disease (average 14,000 won per disease), Class B 9,005 disease (average 10,000 won per disease) and 4,472 disease (average 9,000 won per disease) to customers, including H cafeterias (total 256,14,000 won).
