The Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A is the representative of “G” (the mutual change from H on February 27, 2013) of the manufacturing company for food maintenance and repair in “G” (the “H”) in “C” in “C,” and Defendant B is a person who operates the above G along with Defendant A while taking charge of purchasing, selling, etc. of raw materials of native milk as Defendant A’s put to Defendant A.

Food manufacturers shall manufacture, import, process, cook, or preserve foods or food additives in accordance with the standards publicly notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, and shall not sell foods or food additives which fail to meet the standards and specifications, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook, store, subdivide, transport, preserve or display such foods or food additives for sale, and according to the public notification of the Minister of Food and Drug Safety with respect to foods or food additives, other food maintenance shall not be mixed with rings, fices, natural products extractions, and fluences, etc. to maintain food except pressure static oil and pressure fluor oil, when manufacturing fluor oil, such foods or food additives shall be manufactured by mixing such foods or food additives with fluorries, fluor, natural products extractions, fluor, etc.

From January 2012 to March 31, 2014, Defendants mixed 10,840,000 won in total with 2% of the total market price of “I” 1,951.2 liter, total market price of KRW 102,187,50,00, and “J” equivalent to KRW 24,525 liter and the market price of KRW 70,824,00 in total with KRW 70,705.6 liter. From January 201 to March 31, 2014, Defendants manufactured “K” 18,705.6 liter in total with 2% of the total capacity of 36,30,00,000,000 won, and sold them to 36,70,700,727,740,700,000,000 won in total with the market price of KRW 36,630,716,706,00.

As a result, the defendants conspired with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.
