A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act such as Minors;

A. At the end of August 2014, the Defendant, at the time of the Defendant’s home, who was living in a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant at the Defendant’s home, and was the victim F (the age 11) visited to meet the above E, who was in a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, and was trying to deduct the victim’s burden imposed while talking with the Defendant, but the Defendant, who did not know of the victim, tried to take the victim from the victim’s responsibility, stated that “the victim would have to go off,” was the victim’s hand, and was the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

B. At around 15:00 on September 201, 2014, the Defendant, at the center of the above Defendant’s home, accumulated in the side of the victim where TV was reported, and rhumd the part of the victim’s ship by hand, and rhumd on the victim’s chest. The Defendant was aground.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

C. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) carried out, from the middle Sundays 09:40 to 10:40 on September 1, 2014, a TV program “animal farm” from the inside of the said Defendant’s house to the side of the victim who reported the “animal farm” at the inside of the said Defendant’s house; and (b) took the victim’s on his/her own hand in the same manner as described in subparagraph 1(b); and (c) took aground on the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under the age of 13 by force.

On September 1, 2014, the Defendant came to aground at the victim’s chests of the said Defendant’s home and opened a TV program “learning man” at the front of the said Defendant’s home, and then came to aground in the victim’s chests in the same manner as described in subparagraph 1(b).

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.
