If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2017, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content 0.093% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 3 meters of alcohol owned by himself from the road front of a window by multiplying the trade name in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government locked-dong to 15-ro 59, 59, and 59-gil (locked-dong) in front of the same Gu.
