Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2016, around 22:42, the Defendant driven a bicycle B 100cc engine device under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.057% in alcohol level from the front of the 35-lane 1st, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Man-ro, Man-ro, 33-gil 45 and 1st (Ham-dong), to the 39-ro 42nd of the same Gu.
