1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ status and co-offenders’ sharing of their roles (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day): (a) from around May 1, 2015 to around May 2017, servers are placed on the Internet at nearby and infinite places for the sake of Chinese mountain nes, and (b) the role of establishing, operating, and managing the private gambling site of S, T, and U on the Internet; and (c) (a) the role of operating the said gambling site to distribute or settle criminal proceeds generated in the course of operating the said gambling site to the persons concerned in Korea, and (b) the role of operating the said gambling site of 3A 10.0 on the same day (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) X (Suspension of Prosecution 1) and 10 on the same day, and (c) the role of public relations and operation of the gambling site of 2A 10 on the same day, including China and Taiwan 10 on the same day, and (d) the role of public relations and operation of the said website 2000 on the same day.7.

Meanwhile, from around December 2015 to May 2017, Defendant A: (a) the role of public relations personnel to prepare offices, equipment, etc. to serve or manage real estate, etc. acquired from criminal proceeds; (b) from June 2015 to April 2017, Defendant B, and Defendant C; (c) the police officers from July 2016 to May 2017; and (d) Defendant E from June 2015 to early May 2017 to May 2017; and (e) the police officers from May 2015 to May 2017 to May 2017.
