A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From May 2015 to July 2017, C: (a) the role of establishing, operating, and managing a private gambling site, such as “D” and “E,” on the Internet, by setting up a server at a nearby and infinite place for Chinese mountain nes; (b) F (c) the role of distributing or settling criminal proceeds generated in the course of operating the said gambling site to related persons in the Republic of Korea; (d) G, H, I, and J (China) the role of opening a gambling site server, etc. at an overseas office, such as China and Taiwan, and identifying and filling or filling the proceeds of crime deposited by the gambling site users; (b) the role of operating the gambling site, such as money exchange, public relations, L, and public relations, and public relations, and public relations; (c) the role of operating the relevant gambling site, and (d) the role of performing public relations and public relations activities in the Republic of Korea of Korea; (d) the role of operating the relevant gambling site, and (e) the role of its members and public relations, and public relations;

2. A person who is not an entrusted business entity or the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or financial benefits to those who win the results of the promotion of sports or the issuance of things similar thereto.

Nevertheless, from May 2015 to July 2017, C opened a server at a nearby and insular place for the sake of Chinese Maternity, and opened a server on the Internet to the address such as “D” and “E” on the Internet.
