1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as follows: (a) except that the “C Hospital Extension Presenter” in the second and fourth instances of the judgment of the court of first instance is the “C Hospital Extension Construction Site”; and (b) the part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance; and (c) thus, it is acceptable in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
