1. The Defendant’s KRW 15,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 2, 2018 to June 29, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a legal couple who completed the marriage report with C(1974) on September 1, 1997, and two children who were born in 198 and 199, respectively.

B. The Plaintiff, who is engaged in the civil engineering supervision business, was living in Daegu after marriage with C. E. Around April 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) sought the relationship with the Defendant based on the Internet comments and letters remaining in C’s cellular phone; and (b) C knew of the misconduct with the Defendant that had been committed to the Plaintiff.

F. However, even after that, C continued to maintain the relationship with the Defendant, and, on July 6, 2017, C entered into a sex relationship with the Defendant in the Southern-gu Busan metropolitan area D's seat, with the Defendant.
