1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “the Intervenor”) prepared an implementation plan for electric power resource development business (hereinafter “the instant project”) with the content of building electric power transmission lines of 154 km in length, 4.82 km in the size of 72,943 square meters on the face of the 62,943 square meters of the current drawing of Chungcheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant, etc. (hereinafter “the Defendant, etc.”) and the 11 period of 11 km in support thereof, and filed an application for its approval with the Defendant on June 2012.

B. On April 1, 2014, the Defendant approved the implementation plan of the instant project pursuant to Article 5(1) of the Electric Power Source Development Promotion Act, and publicly notified the approval details as follows pursuant to Article 2014-62 of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s notification pursuant to Article 5(5) of the same Act on April 1, 2014, the Defendant publicly announced the topographic map with a view to designating the area of 72,943 square meters as the area of electric source development business pursuant to Article 8 of the Framework Act on the Regulation of Land Use.

(A) The disposition of approval of the above implementation plan to be publicly notified (hereinafter referred to as the "disposition of approval of this case") and the disposition of designation of the electric power resource development business zone as publicly notified (hereinafter referred to as the "designated disposition of this case", and each of the above dispositions collectively referred to as the "disposition

1. The name of the business: the business of constructing 154kV sub-GG power transmission lines; and

4. Project outline;

(a) The length of the line: 4.82 km;

(b) Support: 11 (2) lines; and

5. Period of project implementation: February 2, 2014 and December 2016 (35 months).

6. The location and area of the project zone;

(a) Location: The current drawing and the inquiry board of the Chungcheongbuk-gun; and

(b) Area: 72,943 square meters (4,392 square meters in a steel tower site, and 68,551 square meters in a line);

1. The aggregate area of the steel tower site (unit: 4,392 square meters) owned by the Plaintiff, in the location or section of the subdivision facilities of the steel tower site (unit: area or extension) and the aggregate of the size of the steel site owned by the Plaintiff 4,392
