Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an auction agent, who was in charge of daily auction at a G joint market located in F from May 2015 to March 2017, and Defendant B is an auction agent, who was in charge of daily auction at the said G joint market from April 2015 to June 2016.

1. H is a person who, while engaging in agricultural products distribution business under the trade name of “I” in the Namyang-si located in the Namyang-si, supplied to G joint markets a room, a large salary reduction, etc. and sells it through an auction at the joint market.

On May 14, 2015, the Defendants received entertainment, such as 250,000 won in total, and Abrecing and entertainment services, under the pretext of viewing convenience as to the price, volume, etc. of the goods supplied by H from K entertainment centers in J.

Accordingly, the Defendants received the bribe of 50,000 won in relation to the duties of the auction company deemed as public officials.

2. L from L is a person who supplies accommodation to G joint markets for the collection of agricultural products and sells it through an auction at a joint market.

On August 2, 2015, Defendants received entertainment, such as 2,00,000 won in total, and 467,50,000 won in the market price, in the name of considering the convenience of the price, volume, etc. of goods supplied from L from N restaurants in M, and continuously received entertainment, such as the two weeks in total in the market price of 2,00,00,000, in the “P” entertainment place inO.

As a result, the Defendants received the bribe equivalent to 332,464 won in relation to the duties of the auction company deemed as public officials.

3. Q receives bribe from Q to the operator of the “R” agricultural partnership that sells extra-markets produced by members belonging to the corporation, and supplied extra-markets to G joint markets and sold them through auction at the joint market.

Defendants are at the price of the goods to be supplied from the above Q from T amusement points in S around May 13, 2016.
