A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, due to a mental fission, lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions;

1. Causing property damage and damage;

A. On January 2, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C (1) on January 2, 2015, at the front parking lot of Kimpo-si, Kim Jong-si on January 2, 2015, up to KRW 60,00 of the repair cost by destroying one rear light of the victim C’s car parkeded in that parking at the front parking lot of Kimpo-si.

(2) From January 7, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of January 7, 2015 to around 09:00 on the following day, from around 22:00 to around 09:0 on the following day, the Defendant destroyed one short light of the car rental car, which is the victim who was parked in the said place, by an influencing method, so that the repair cost of KRW 60,000 is equal to the cost of repair. The Defendant, who is the victim, was able to use the first window of the car of the halog car, by an influencing method, at KRW 370,000.

(3) From January 11, 2015 to around 15:00 of the following day, the Defendant committed the crime of January 11, 2015: (a) around 23:00 to around 15:00 of the following day, the Defendant: (b) laid a stone on the front glass of the Karen car, a victim who was parked in the said place; and (c) caused the repair cost to be KRW 286,00.

(4) From January 15, 2015 to January 15, 2015, the Defendant, from around 23:00 to around 15:00 of the following day, had the victim, who was parked in the said place, left a stone on the front and back glass of the halog car, and on the ceiling of the halog car, thereby having the 5,917,403 won of the repair cost.

(5) From around 08:00 on January 18, 2015 to around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant, who committed the crime of January 18, 2015, laid off the front glass of the car of Karens, a victim who was parked in the said place, and caused the repair cost to be KRW 286,00.

As above, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property on five occasions.

B. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim E from January 15, 2015 to January 23:00 of the following day, in front of Kim Jong-si, between 15:00 on the following day.
