A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 26, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on May 3, 2010.

1. C-related crimes;

A. At around 02:00 on October 10, 201, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in the clickel located together with the Republic of Korea (i.e., one philophones; hereinafter “philophones”), inserting approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, dilution them into the Defendant’s body, and inserting them into the Defendant’s body.

(2) On the 13th day of the same month, the Defendant, at around 06:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administering phiphones in the body of the Defendant.

B. Around October 12, 2010, the Defendant: (a) entered Korea with the Defendant’s house located near the Philippines Marone; (b) entering Korea with the Defendant’s 35.5g opphones; (c) 10g opphones to the Defendant’s convict D; and (d) 15g opphones to those in the name of the Defendant’s name designated; and (c) requested C to use the remaining opphones; and (d) C and C agreed to import the opphones.

On the 13th day of the same month, at around 07:00, the Defendant delivered C with 35.5 grams, concealed it by hiding it in C’s port, and C, upon the mother of the Defendant, boarded at an airport of Maila in the Philippines PR468 on the same day at around 14:0 on the 14:00 day, and brought it into the Republic of Korea at the Incheon National Port of 2850, Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to import phiphones into the Republic of Korea in the Philippines.
