A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The victim B is the owner of the “D” in Bupyeong-si, Busan, and the victim E is the employee of the said restaurant.

At around 04:00 on September 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was in the restaurant of “D” located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) was in the process of working in the middle of the day-to-day dispute; (c) was first in the middle of the day-to-day zone; (d) was in the middle of the day-to-day zone; (d) was in the middle of the day-to-day zone; (d) was in the middle of the day-to-day zone; and (e) was in the middle of the zone; and (e) was in the middle of the zone-to-day zone; and (e) was in the middle of the zone-to-day zone-to-day zone-to-face zone-to-face zone-to-face zone-to-face zone

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the victim E-cafeteria business by force, and at the same time damaged one minute in contact with plastic cups which are the property owned by the victim B, at the market price.

2. On September 21, 2019, at around 05:15, the Defendant damaged public goods. On September 21, 2019, in order for police officers belonging to the G District to hand over the Defendant’s personal illness arrested as a flagrant offender due to the crime of interference with business, etc. to the Defendant’s criminal charge of the B District Police Station, the Defendant, at the back seat of the patrol vehicle, posted the back door and glass of the patrol vehicle to the right side of the patrol vehicle and caused a gap between the back door and the body of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the patrol car, which is an object used by public offices, to be 692,00 won in repairing cost.
