1. On October 22, 2014, the plaintiffs and E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "E") filed a lawsuit with the plaintiffs and E in the first instance court seeking the revocation of each disposition of revocation rendered by the defendant to the plaintiffs and the E in the dispute mediation committee, and all the plaintiffs' claims were accepted and the defendant's appeal dissatisfied with this was dismissed, but the appellate court rendered a judgment of reversal and return.

On the other hand, the claim of the Bank of Korea E was dismissed in the first instance, and this part was finalized by all dismissal of appeal and appeal.

Therefore, the scope of judgment of party members is limited to the plaintiffs' claims.

2. Details of the disposition;

A. F was registered as a controlling shareholder of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) around September 14, 2012, and around that time, F was also appointed as an internal director of the said company.

B. The Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor revoked the registration of the prepaid installment business operator by applying Articles 40(1)1 and 40(2)3 of the Installment Transactions Act (amended by Act No. 13452, Jul. 24, 2015; hereinafter “The Installment Transactions Act”) with respect to G on November 2, 2012 (hereinafter “instant prior disposition”), and notified the Defendant of such fact on November 8, 2012.

C. Accordingly, on October 22, 2014, the Defendant revoked the registration of each prepaid installment business operator on the ground that F, who was a controlling shareholder at the time of the revocation of registration of G, was an executive officer, based on Articles 40(2)2 and 20 subparag. 4 of the Installment Transactions Act, as seen below, with respect to the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “Plaintiff 1, 2, 3, and 4”).
