1. The Defendant, on October 22, 2014, is Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C, and Plaintiff D.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor revoked the registration of the prepaid installment business operator on the grounds of Articles 40(1)1 and 40(2)3 of the Installment Transactions Act (hereinafter “Installment Transactions Act”) with respect to G, a stock company, the controlling shareholder of which was registered on November 2, 2012, and notified the Defendant of the foregoing fact on November 8, 2012.
B. On September 5, 2014, the Trade Aid and Guarantee Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter “Mutual Aid Association”) terminated mutual aid agreements with Plaintiff E (H Co., Ltd.) on the grounds of mutual aid fees, mutual aid fees, and unpaid security deposits, etc., and notified the Defendant on the same day on the same day.
C. Accordingly, on October 22, 2014, the Defendant revoked the registration of each prepaid installment business operator with respect to the Plaintiff A, B, C, and D (hereinafter “Plaintiff 1”; Plaintiff 2; Plaintiff 3; and Plaintiff 4”) on the ground that F was a controlling shareholder at the time of the revocation of registration of Plaintiff G’s registration (see Articles 40(2)2 and 20 subparag. 4 of the Installment Trade Act), and Plaintiff E (hereinafter “Plaintiff 5”) on the ground that the mutual aid agreement was terminated (see Article 40(2)3 of the Installment Trade Act) on the ground that the mutual aid agreement was terminated for the Plaintiff 5 (hereinafter “Plaintiff 5”).
(hereinafter the registration revocation of Plaintiff 1 to Plaintiff 4 is subject to “instant First Disposition”, and registration revocation of Plaintiff 5 with respect to Plaintiff 5.
F. The details of appointment and resignation of the F as the internal director or the representative director of the Plaintiff 1 through 4 are as follows:
Details of the appointment and retirement of F from the trade name before the change of the title on October 22, 2014, the representative of Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. 1, the representative of Plaintiff A Co., Ltd., on August 19, 2014, on November 20, 2014, who retired on September 16, 2014, and on January 20, 2014, Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. 3, J. 3, 2012, who retired on January 3, 2012, on April 22, 2013, Plaintiff D M Co., Ltd. 4, Ltd., Ltd., the retirement of Plaintiff D M on July 26, 2012, which retired on November 30, 2013.
