[Criminal Power] On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Cheongju District Court on July 13, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on July 13, 2012.

1. Joint crimes with C;

B. At around 12:00 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant, together with C, destroyed the victim H, who had been displayed there, in front of the “I” operated by the victim H in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and then destroyed the victim’s market price of KRW 40,000,000.
2. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant jointly committed a crime with J, together with the J, was in front of the Victim L, located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si on December 10, 2012.
