A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years, for a short term of one year and six months, and for a fine of 300,000 won.

The provisional payment of the amount equivalent to a fine shall be ordered.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. Intrusion upon residence, theft (the crime committed on October 6, 2018) Defendant: (a) opened a studio door, which was not corrected by going through a closed door, around October 6, 2018, at the house of the victim B located in Sacheon-si around 09:11; and (b) entered and intrude into the house, and was on the side of a small computer, and was on the side of the library.

500 won finite 1,000 total of approximately KRW 500,000, which were stolen with a finite plastic bag which was in cash amounting to KRW 500,000.

B. The Defendant, A, at the time and place described in the above A, stolen and stolen the pictures owned by the victim at the location, and then hJ125T-16D Ba (number: D) without any number plate equivalent to KRW 1,300,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was set up in the mama, was stolen using the keys where the hJ125T-16D Ba (number: D) was displayed.

(c)

On October 12, 2018, the Defendant was in a small room after intrusion upon residence, theft (the crime committed on October 12, 2018) by removing the rear toilet door from the house of the said victim, which was not corrected after the entrance was closed at around 09:03 on October 12, 2018.

A theft was made with a white plastic bag which has been in cash equivalent to KRW 100,500 and KRW 500,000 in total.

(d)

On October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was in a small room by removing the rear toilet door from the house without an entrance from around 07:13, 2018; and (b) intrusion upon the house of the said victim; and (c) intrusion upon the inside; (d) the rear toilet door was removed; and (e) intrusion upon the inside.

In cash amounting to KRW 100,500 in total, approximately KRW 350,00,000, white plastic bags and white plastic bags equivalent to the market value of KRW 1,100,000, which were stolen with S6 mobile phones when a galloning jums and market value of KRW 500,000 in total.

E. On October 23, 2018, the Defendant violated his/her residence and attempted larceny (the crime committed on October 23, 2018), and removed the rear toilet door of the house, which was not corrected through a closed door having no entrance, around October 23, 2018.
