Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, with respect to the defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Joint commission of the Defendants’ purchase of philophones

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

B. On February 23, 2015, Defendants A from the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account under his/her name to Defendant B.
