Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as the head of the Masan Branch, operated B Masan Points in C3 from March 2017 to Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) opened the same church around June 2017; and (b) opened an automatic trading with artificial intelligence computers (AI) and sold bitco at the first price of the 600 exchanges around the world, thereby incurring no principal loss; and (c) made an investment in B with 1.3 million won per account; (d) opened the 4 to 12 U.S. dollars (5 to 14,000 to 140,000 to 280,000 won at any time; and (e) made a recommendation to make an investment in B with a large amount of monthly average profit of 280,000 won at any time among the 600 exchanges around the world; and (e) made an investment in B with a large amount of monthly average profit of 280,000 won at any time.

However, in fact, B is operating an account and a revenue management site that can only join through the first platform of a superior business entity, and the other entities are not entirely known, and there was no verification as to whether the transaction using the above artificial intelligence computer is possible, or whether it is possible to divide investment risks through the above transaction, and there was no verification as to whether the above profit was generated by distributing the investment risks. Although the above site provided information on accounts and earnings by members, the above revenue is merely a "blick point", unlike ordinary virtual currency acquired by mining methods or cash actually used, and there was no value in itself, and the Defendant also did not confirm the possibility of the above B's substance or the possibility of the transaction using the artificial intelligence computer.
