Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, the Defendant: (b) was boarding a prompt bus of the 398-lane (38 years old); and (c) obstructed the operation of the bus, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of the bus near the marb hot spring located in the same street-dong; (b) obstructed the passage of the bus that occurred in the seat without any justifiable reason around that time; (c) obstructed the passage of the bus; and (d) obstructed the Defendant: (a) obstructed the use of the bus at around 25 minutes, such as taking a bitch, fluoring bitch; and (b) allowed the victim to stop the operation of the bus by driving the bus, i.e., taking a disturbance for about 25 minutes to the passengers aboard the bus.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's express bus operation by force.
