Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2014, the Defendant agreed to conduct a yacht business with the victim B, and purchased 50% of the shares of the victim jointly with the victim. Since the occurrence of civil disputes between the two parties, the victim was rendered a judgment of execution of the attachment order on the co-ownership of the Defendant’s co-ownership on June 14, 2017, under the order of seizure of vessel shares in Chuncheon District Court Decision 2017TY 2017TY 1546.
