1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for changing the 3rd to 4th to 18th to 3rd to 4th to 18th, as described in the following Paragraph (2). Thus, this is accepted by the main sentence of Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation

In full view of the purport of the arguments as a result of the fact-finding conducted by the head of the military police station at the time of the new illness training, the Plaintiff was prescribed by the National Army Hospital at the time of the first interview with the military police branch on July 28, 2010, taking into account the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff participated in the military police life group director of the military police station from November 26, 2010 to December 10 of the same year; (b) on January 20, 2011, at the National Army Hospital at the time of the fact-finding conducted by the National Army Hospital at the time of the fact-finding conducted by the head of the military court at the time of the fact-finding; (c) on the basis of the entire purport of the arguments, “Bart & SAP Section Dam damage (former damage, external injury, external injury, damage, damage to the reputation, and removal of the body and the body from the body.”
