A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2020, at around 00:42, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door door of the victim D’s Ebenz car that was parked in the third-class parking lot of the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment apartment B, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) removed a white bag containing KRW 1.50,000 in cash, the victim’s possession, from the front string of the string, and carried 20,000 in cash from the string of the string and driving seat.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. On January 11, 2020, at around 00:41, the Defendant opened a string door of the Victim F, which was parked in the place specified in Paragraph 1, and opened a string door for the said vehicle, and subsequently, attempted to steal the property of the victim in the said vehicle by opening a string line, but did not constitute an attempted crime because there was no cash or other stolen object.

B. On January 11, 2020, at around 00:52, the Defendant opened a string door of the victim I, which was parked in the third-class Hdong parking lot of the third floor underground of the apartment complex as stated in Paragraph 1, and subsequently attempted to steal the property of the victim in the above vehicle by opening the string line of the vehicle, but did not carry the intent of theft, such as cash, on the ground that there was no object of theft.

C. On January 11, 2020, at around 00:56, the Defendant opened a front door that does not lock the victim L’s L’s L’s L’s MWz car, which was parked in the second floor K-dong parking lot of the apartment as stated in paragraph (1), and subsequently attempted to steal the victim’s property located within the said apartment zone by opening a string line of the said car, but did not commit an attempted crime, even though there were no objects to steals, such as cash, etc.
