A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven Bone Star or knife while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.194% without a car driver’s license at a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the new language middle school located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si to the front day of the same time.
