A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the instant bedclothes point with the trade name “D” on Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the first floor.

At around 19:40 on April 25, 2013, the Defendant infringed the trademark right of the said trademark right holder by displaying the bags, etc. on the bags, etc. in order to transfer or deliver goods identical to the designated goods bearing another person’s trademark, by selling them for the purpose of selling at least KRW 12,00,00, the market price of the bewing bags with a trademark identical or similar to the trademark registration number 109060, which was registered as the trademark registration number of the Republic of Korea as the designated goods by the Defendant.
