2. 2012. 6. 2. 같은 구 C 앞 도로에서, 판매하기 위하여 특허청에 상표등록된 루이비똥(등록번호 0125539)의 위조 상표를 부착한 가방 1개(증제1호), 지갑 132개(증제2호), 카드지갑 20개(증제3호), 동전지갑 4개(증제4호), 휴대전화지갑 4개(증제5호), 키홀더 26개(증제6호)를, 특허청에 상표등록된 샤넬(등록번호 0309448)의 위조 상표를 부착한 지갑 6개(증제7호), 담배지갑 2개(증제8호), 키홀더 2개(증제9호)를 각 진열하여 각 상표권자의 상표권을 침해하였다.
