1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

(mariju) and completed the execution of the final sentence on November 22, 2013, after being sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and four months for the same crime in the said court on January 17, 2013.

The Defendant treated marijuana as follows, even if he is not a narcotics handler:

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On April 4, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemps into pipes made of stuffed paper at the residence of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City C and 2, and attaching a fire.

B. The Defendant, around 20:40 on May 7, 2015, at the F Park located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for approximately 0.5 grams of hemps.

C. The Defendant, around May 10, 2015, at the residence of the Defendant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 102, at approximately 0.5 grams of hemp.

2. On May 9, 2015, the Defendant stored marijuana: (a) around 2015, the hemp leaves collected at H in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City were tight pande and sealed in a stuffed place; and (b) around 22:30 of the same month, the Defendant stored approximately 2.5 g of hemps by inserting them in a computer book in the Defendant’s residence.
