Description of Claim

On October 14, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer, the cancellation of title trust, and the Defendants under Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3)(i) of the Civil Procedure Act, which apply mutatis mutandis to the deceased G heir, as to one-third share of the land stipulated in the Disposition No. 1, among the land stipulated in the Disposition No. 1, in the name of the deceased G, due to title trust.
