Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무 방해, 모욕 피고인은 2015. 4. 16. 22:00 경 부산 부산진구 B 피해자 C(56 세, 여) 이 운영하는 D 주점에서, 일행 2명과 같이 들어와 맥주와 소주, 안주를 주문하여 먹고 마시다가 갑자기 안주를 손으로 집어 들고 가게 안으로 던지고 다른 손님 3명이 있는 상태에서 피해자에게 " 야 씹할 년 아 보지를 쫙 찢어 버린다" 등의 욕설과 고성을 지르면서 약 1시간 가량 행패를 부려 위력으로 피해자의 정당한 주점 영업을 방해하고 피해자를 공연히 모욕을 한 것이다.
