Punishment of the crime
[Basic Facts] Defendant A, along with F, operated a news report room with the trade name called “H” from Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and the second floor, and F is the owner of the above news report room. Defendant A served as the business owner of the above news report room, Defendant A served as the accounting duty of the above news report room, cleaning, and providing meals to female helpers.
Defendant
B and Defendant C are singing machines employed by F and doing work. Defendant D is a singing practice room business owner with the trade name of “J singing practice room” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and underground floors.
1. On July 8, 2015, Defendant A did not make fee-charging job placement services in collusion with F, and around 00:0, Defendant A introduced female-free job placement C to the singing practice room called “Ling room” located near Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by advertising rice Luxembourg to the singing room, and offered fee-charging job placement services by having the above female-free shop receive KRW 7,000 per hour from the above female-free shop. From July 1, 2015 to the above day from July 1, 2015, Defendant A waiting together with female-free shop recruited by advertising rice Luxembourg newspapers at the above news room office, and sent female-free job placement services to the singing room, after going through a singing room using a string vehicle, and then, Defendant A received KRW 7,000 per day from female-free shop and imposed an average of KRW 30,000,000 per day under the pretext of introduction from female-free shop.
2. No person who defendant B shall drink any alcoholic beverage with a customer, singing or dancing, with a view to making a profit, or provide a customer with entertainment services;
Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on July 1, 2015, Defendant B sought 30,000 won per hour from the customers who found in a singing practice room called “Osing room” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and provided entertainment services by singing and dancing.
